As I typed the title of this post, this one thought came blasting into my mind
How can it possibly be NOVEMBER already?
Well, ready or not, here it is, and there's not a whole lot of sewing time left before the gift-giving season is upon us. If you need patterns to make some gifts for those you love, you'll be happy to know that Simplicity Patterns are on sale at JoAnn Fabric and Craft stores from Sunday through Saturday, November 8th through 14th for just one dollar each. This is a pretty good deal, considering that the manufacturer's suggested retail price for these patterns is between $6.95 and $17.95 each.
As usual, this does not include special orders, and there is a Limit of 10 patterns. Also, excluded from this sale are It's So Easy, New Look, and Burda patterns, as well as Simplicity books.
My holiday wish for you. . . May your seam ripper gather dust and your thread never break.
Y Blessings,
Nanci

I loved that wish at the bottom. That was too funny )and too true!)
I have really got to hustle on these gifts! Thankfully though, most of my gifts are coming from free tutorials on the web or straight out of my mind.
We received a wonderful package in the mail the other day! Thank you! And so do the "girls". I am afraid I couldn't make good on the "don't tell part" now that there is a reader in our midst. And packages are such big to-do around here, everyone gathered round knowing it was from you and wondering what was inside.
No worries though. Andrew is a good sport and was happy for her without even a thought to himself. He is like that. I love him because of it too!
